What helps us fix things fast

The video link (YouTube URL) and the subtitle languages you had selected.
Your Chrome or Edge version (chrome://version) and the extension version shown at the bottom of Settings.
A screenshot of the player, if the subtitles look wrong.
For feature requests: what you were trying to do, in a sentence or two.

Check the status page first — if YouTube changed its pages, we are probably already shipping a fix.
